Can this plugin handle multiple categories per member? Example: John is a baker. He bakes cakes and cookies. Can we list him in both “cake” category ad “cookies” category?

I am planning to make a directory site but most plugins in wordpress do not display user friendly URL’s.
The website static pages display user friendly URL’s but the search query of the directory plugin dont do this function.
Could you please tell me that these directory and other plugins that you have. Can they help us in getting user friendly URL’s?
