You can also set your screen options to show 999 comments per page, and bulk delete them.
Sure it does. As M.K. Safi writes, check your Screen Options to set the comments per page to a nice high number, then select all, then use the Trash bulk action. Works pretty much the same way as Gmail or any other decent app UI.
