  1. Hrmm, what is Multi-site?

  3. @Susan: MultiSite is a feature which allows you to have multiple sites running from a single installation of WordPress.

Random Tangent: Navigating the comment form using the Tab key was a pain in the rear. You may want to designate the tabindexes in a logical order (i.e. Name=1, Email=2, Website=3, Comment Form=4, etc.) :)

  7. Looking to use one install of wp3 to manage multisites…here’s the twist…and if it’s doable…
A./Have wp3 manage multiple domains on the same host/server
B./Each domain have it’s own database
For example I have a primary domain hosted at godaddy with several add-on domains (not sub-domains). Each domain address is unique and can be transferred/pointed anywhere after it has been un-add-on.

Have just started venturing into wp…so real nubie…but learning fast…like in point one above, I have loaded and unloaded wp3 4 times now, but I see my error now, I added the code underneath the existing code in the htaccess file.

I have several other domains hosted at host gator and other host sites, I don’t expect wp3 to multisite between different hosts (would be nice though), currently each site has it’s own installation of wp.

I will leave this comment otherwise I could go on for ages.

  8. How can I disable or deactivate this feature? I mean if I want to go back to single version wp3, how can I do that?

  9. nice plugin for the community, i’ll try to write an automation for domain mapping (SUNRISE) too, maybe will complete this plugin.

ps. what font do you use in this theme because text in posts looks ugly in linux? :P Try not to use “Lucida Grande”,Calibri and other new microsoft fonts, they look ugly on other operating systems (mobile phones for example)

  10. Thanks, needed this for security… All you WP fans know what I am talking about!

  11. That’s a great news.. :)
