If you use the Jetpack plugin for WordPress.com Stats, WP.me Shortlinks, Subscription management or any of the other features, you’ll want to know about the latest addition. Jetpack now includes an easy way to add a contact form to WordPress.
If you turn on the Contact Form feature, you’ll see a new icon above the post editor:
There you can customize and embed the form within your content. Your contact form will look something like this on the front end:
The form is similar to what you may have experienced with the WordPress.com’s Contact Forms or Grunion Contact Form. You can turn on the contact form feature within your dashboard in the Jetpack plugin settings.
