Problems embeding videos at main blog at multisite

I am having trouble embeding videos at main blog in multisite blogs. Actually, are two main blogs that i am having trouble.I am doing the set up in both and are not open to registration yet.
Do you know if may be caused for a plugin I have installed?

It could be due to a plugin and the best way to find that out quickly would be to simply disable your plugins momentarily.
