Thanks for the great plugin. This is exactly what I have been looking. I have a test WPMU set up, when I installed the plugin into my mu-plugins folder and it sent my Admin css wild. I uninstalled it the widgets page went back to normal. Installed it again and the css went bonkers again. I am using Ozh’s admin drop down plugin which could be the source of the problem, but I thought I’d let you know. I will do some more testing to see how to fix it. I really want to use this plugin. Looks like it works just fine. Of course, still unable to display main blog categories (id=1). When I enter value it keeps on replacing it with the ‘tags’ blog id (in my case id=22).

Are You sure it’s 247? You were talking about ds_sitewide_extended_categories_widget.php, right?

Boonika, no worries. I had it that way in the first place. The code is there to override the tags_blog_id. Look in the code and uncomment(remove /* */) line 247
