Display Images, Videos and Media in WordPress with the prettyPhoto Media Plugin

The ability to launch images and videos using a lightbox / modal window type of display is a fairly common request for websites. It keeps the user on the same page while highlighting the media experience. prettyPhoto Media is a new plugin that uses the very popular prettyPhoto lightbox script to display images, videos and other media.

The prettyPhoto Media plugin is fully customizable through the plugins settings page. It includes a configurable ‘hook’ attribute tag and support for HTML5 compliant ‘data-’ attribute.
