I agree with you, Rob. I´m using the default system right now, but I want to try CommentLuv just because of that nice feature.

Actually, Comments Plus builds up on the default WordPress comments system, rather then replacing it with a different one. So, all comments made with Comments Plus are actually plain old WordPress comments, can be moderated in usual way in the admin area and will be shown as normal comments (i.e. actual content) on your page.

My million dollar question is: Which one is good for SEO since ones like Livefyre & Discuss actually runs in iframes meaning nothing for SEO. Whereas the default system is better for SEO since both the front end (readers) & the source code contains the content unlike with iframes.

As for Comments Plus, I like the fact that it let's comments also appear on a commenter's FB timeline and one can customize it with a FB Dev App with your own logos, but does it also like Disqus & Livefyre run in an Iframe or are the comments actual content?

I also like the comment system that comes with Jetpack but then again Jetpack comes with it's own issues so I therefore choose not to use it at all.

Ultimately one's users helps building your content for you and that is why the right comment system is so important to me with SEO and all.

My favorite is Andy Bailey's CommentLuv. Great functionality. My favorite thing is that it produces a link to the last blog post of every person who comments. It's a great way to build a community.
