  1. Great tips about CRM. I have been using SFA web to lead which is awesome, saves time and shows referring kw and site but SFA is too heavy for a small biz. Need something simple. I am using google apps so experimenting with Manymoon right now. Looks cool, simple, easy and fast. Going to switch out SFA web-to-lead with Gravity Forms or maybe Yoast forms.

  2. thanks for this informations
but I don’t see any plugin which handle the registered users list as a lead/customer directory and allow the wp site owner to manage fields or to follow each registered user as a lead.
    any idea ?

  3. Rolo plugin looks like the best CRM plugins from this list. I just tryed it for WordPress 3.2.1. Unfortunatelly it doesn’t work. Tested for WordPress 3.0. When I tried to activate it got the same error :

The plugin does not have a valid header.

Others plugins are not 100% CRM.

But thanks author for idea anyway. :)
