Free BuddyPress Themes Compatible with BuddyPress 1.5

Now that BuddyPress 1.5 is officially out, a few theme authors have had the chance to update their themes. You’ll be glad to know that there are several themes out there that are ready for BuddyPress 1.5. These themes will allow you to take advantage of all of the latest features of the platform.

Frisco

Frisco is a fantastic new BuddyPress 1.5 theme available in the WordPress repository. You know it’s passed a great deal of scrutiny from the theme review team, if it’s allowed to be hosted there! Frisco is a child theme of the bp-default theme and comes with the ability to change the color and font in the options page.

The BuddyPress Widget Theme is another one from modemlooper. It offers a fully widgetized home page for the BuddyPress default theme so that you can customize it with as many widgets that you want.
